Yes. To help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we cover each caregiver with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Yes. We encourage your involvement in the decision making process. We do our best to match the right caregiver to you and your family. However, you must be satisfied. We always try to accommodate any requests you may have for a change in caregivers.

Our services are typically purchased privately. You can purchase up to 24 hours daily. Invoices are sent out weekly and are due upon receipt. We accept payment via check or credit card. Please note that we also work with Long Term Care Insurance companies which can be billed directly for services (authorizations must be obtained before beginning services).

Generally we can start within 24 hours of the referral. Our case management team will arrange to make a free no cost/no obligation home assessment visit and complete your personalized plan of care.
We have a scheduler, registered nurse, and administrator on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist our clients with their care needs.
We have an agreement that defines payment terms and rates. You can cancel our service at any time. No deposit required. No differential rate for weekends or nights.
Yes, Absolute Caregivers provide eldercare and companionship to seniors who may require additional attention and/or personalized long term care and reside in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
